My Vet System is the veterinary side of My Vet in which you can have access to the admin functions of your clinic. It is a database dedicated to make tasks and scheduling more efficient for clinics who are registered to My Vet.
In the My Vet System homepage, click ‘Sign Up’ and you will be redirected to the registration page.
In the Register/Sign In page, you can click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset your password.
In the My Vet System homepage, click ‘Manage user profile’ then click ‘Edit profile’ to update your personal information.
Yes. My Vet System guarantees that your personal information is safe with utmost confidentiality.
No. We only accept direct payment through PayPal, bank transfer, and GCash.
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription plan anytime! It will automatically reflect once payment has been made and processed.
No. However, you have the option to upgrade to another plan or delete your clinic. If you cancelled your subscription, and it has not been fully used, note that your payment is not refundable.
No. You are only allowed to upgrade to another plan.
You can extend it anytime! You can extend your subscription before your plan expires.
As soon as you receive a confirmation that your subscription was successful, you can start using the perks depending on your subscribed plan.
No. My Vet mobile app only offers Clinic Listings and Appointment Bookings and not the payment for the vet clinics.
